Deih
Untitled 06
2026
Deih is a visual artist born in Valencia, Spain, in 1978. He began painting graffiti in 1993 and went on to study Fine Arts at the Universitat Politècnica de València, building a practice that moves fluidly between illustration, muralism, and studio work. A member of the XLF crew, he has painted murals at urban art festivals across Europe, the Americas, Iceland, and Cape Verde, and has exhibited in galleries and institutions internationally — most recently with a solo show at Goldman Global Arts in Wynwood Walls, Miami (2023).
His work is rooted in science fiction, cyberpunk, Japanese visual culture, and an obsession with the nature of time, loss, desire, and the limits of reality. He draws shipwrecked figures — pilots lost in hostile landscapes that are, in fact, their own minds — as a way of understanding the world and connecting with others. Each piece functions like a single frame from a much longer film, leaving space for the viewer to complete it with their own experiences, dreams, and memories.
For collectors, Deih represents one of the most compelling voices to emerge from the European urban art scene. His studio works carry the same raw intensity as his large-scale murals, distilled into intimate formats that reward close looking. To collect Deih is to enter a singular visual universe — one that is simultaneously deeply personal and universally resonant, and whose international recognition continues to grow.
