Paco Roca is a Spanish illustrator and graphic novel author born in Valencia in 1969, internationally recognized as one of the leading figures in contemporary European comics. A Fine Arts graduate from the Universitat Politècnica de València, he began his career in illustration and press publishing before developing a body of narrative work that has redefined the boundaries between comics, literature, and visual memory.
His work explores themes such as the passage of time, memory, identity, and human relationships, always through a deeply sensitive and cinematic perspective.
