Every artwork travels protected with the same care with which it was chosen.

Perrilla (b. 1981, A Coruña) is a Spanish painter and sculptor who studied Graphic Arts and Illustration but developed her oil painting and felted wool sculpture practice entirely through self-directed study. Her oil-on-wood paintings, executed with extraordinary attention to detail, explore the Mirror Universe — a boundless fantasy world between sleep and wakefulness, where extinct species still roam and fantastic creatures accompany protagonists who are at once childlike and deeply knowing. Her female figures carry a quiet but determined feminist energy: soft on the surface, uncompromising underneath. Her work has been shown across Spain, Portugal, the United States and the United Kingdom, including her first solo exhibition at Arch Enemy Arts in Philadelphia in 2026, and she is represented by Cactus Gallery in Los Angeles and Blacklight Art Gallery in Valencia.

Stardust presents the starry sky seemingly personified in the form of a woman, who gently bestows her mysticism upon a young girl sitting softly in a magical landscape. With her hand she touches the girl’s heart, granting her the power of the stars. Painted in oil on wood, with the extraordinary attention to detail that defines Perrilla’s Mirror Universe.

To collect Stardust is to own a unique 2026 oil-on-wood original by an artist who has built one of the most complete and coherent visual universes in contemporary pop surrealism. Produced slowly and with intense care, each of Perrilla’s paintings is genuinely scarce, and as her international profile grows — from Philadelphia to Los Angeles to Valencia — early acquisitions carry both emotional and long-term value. Presented framed, it is ready to hang.
