Arol — Born 1974 in Mar del Plata, Argentina. Spain-based artist since 2003.

Trained in graphic design, he built a career in advertising and editorial and textile design before turning fully to painting in 2017, working primarily in oil on wood. His work explores the dialogue between light and shadow, creation and destruction, with theatrical, symbolic characters inhabiting isolated, dreamlike worlds.

Exhibited internationally across galleries, art fairs and festivals, with works held in private collections across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Represented by Caelis Galería and 13A New Street Art Gallery (Hong Kong). His practice has expanded into art toy customization and sculpture.

For collectors, Arol offers a distinctive convergence: cinematic light, personal mythology, and a body of work shaped by two decades moving between design, digital surrealism, and traditional painting.
