WILL COLES

Will Coles’ work occupies a space between Pop and Conceptual art, with the majority of his work being part of the “street art” movement. His work addresses themes such as consumerism, as well as environmental and social concerns, often created with his own dark sense of humour. Although his sculptures are in major public and private collections both here and abroad, he has also installed literally thousands of his sculptures in various cities on several continents, most of which have been destroyed or taken over. He is currently considered the most stolen artist in history.
